Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Administrative Support:
    • Manage office operations, including record-keeping, correspondence, and scheduling, to ensure efficient administrative processes.
    • Handle the digitised student database, maintaining accurate records of admissions, attendance, and academic progress.
    • Process applications for scholarships, certificates, and other student-related documentation with precision and timeliness.
  2. Financial Management:
    • Assist in fee collection, budget tracking, and financial reporting under the guidance of the Finance Committee.
    • Support digital payment systems to facilitate transparent and cashless transactions for students.
  3. Student Services:
    • Provide front-desk assistance, addressing student queries related to admissions, examinations, and administrative procedures.
    • Coordinate with the Career Counselling and Psychological Counselling Cells to ensure students receive timely support.
    • Facilitate communication by disseminating notices via the college website, SMS, or WhatsApp groups.
  4. Campus Maintenance and Logistics:
    • Oversee the upkeep of campus facilities, including classrooms, smart boards, the library, and the Nature Park, to maintain a conducive learning environment.
    • Manage logistics for events such as cultural programs, NSS activities, seminars, and examinations.
    • Monitor CCTV systems to ensure campus security and safety.
  5. Digitalization and Technology:
    • Operate and maintain ICT infrastructure, supporting online admissions, e-library systems, and other digital platforms.
    • Participate in training programs to enhance proficiency in digital tools, contributing to the college’s goal of a fully digitalized administration.
  6. Environmental and Community Initiatives:
    • Support sustainability efforts, such as waste management and the “One Student, One Plant” program, by coordinating logistics and resources.
    • Assist in organizing NSS-led community service activities, such as health drives and environmental campaigns.
