    • Conduct inquiries within 7–14 days, ensuring confidentiality.
    • Maintain a digital grievance register.
  • Complaint Process:
    • Submit via grievance boxes, college office, or in-person.
    • Anonymous complaints reviewed with evidence.
    • Appeals to the Principal within 30 days.
  • Awareness:
    • Orientation sessions and website notices.
  • Impact:
    • 95% grievances resolved in 2024 (e.g., exam disputes).
